Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of KWASU Microfinance Bank Ltd will hold on Thursday September 4th, 2025 at the KWASU Business School, opposite Police “A” Division Ilorin, Kwara State at 10.00am.The Notice of the meeting hereby given on 8th August, 2025 thereby providing 26 clear days’ notice before the meeting, in compliance with CAMA 2020.
